• Credit/Debit Cards: Payments can be made securely over the phone.
• Booking Platform: Covers the initial call-out. Any additional materials or labour will be invoiced separately. Payment is due upon completion of works. Please note, we do not offer lines of credit.
• Note: Cheque payments are not accepted.
Transparent Pricing
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Here’s what you can expect:
• Quotes: We always agree on pricing before work starts. Any additional charges will be discussed with you and agreed upon first.
EICR Pricing (Excluding VAT)
• 1 Bed EICR (2 hours): £160.00
• 2 Bed EICR (2-3 hours): £180.00
• 3 Bed EICR (3-4 hours): £190.00
• 4 Bed EICR (4-5 hours): £210.00
• 5 Bed EICR (4-6 hours): £250.00
• 6 Bed EICR (5-7 hours): £290.00
Additional Charges
• Mileage: A surcharge of £2 per mile applies for bookings more than 20 miles from our base at LE18 4PF.
Service Rates
• Plumbers: Call-out fee of £70, then £40 per hour (charged per 30-minute intervals)
• Gas Engineers: Call-out fee of £70, then £45 per hour (charged per 30-minute intervals)
• Commercial Heating: Call-out fee of £95, then £60 per hour (charged per 30-minute intervals)
• Electricians: Call-out fee of £70, then £45 per hour (charged per 30-minute intervals)
