I am writing to you to express my thanks for the way your staff have dealt with my problems over the unit which controls my heating. I’m 80 years old, live on my own and it isn’t always easy to get the help I need. However your staff have been most polite and helpful. Starting with the switchboard operator and then various visits to my home. I felt you should be aware of the help and kindness your staff have shown me. Please pass on my thanks to them all.

Same afternoon response by an engineer who was a polite, efficient and clean worker. He diagnosed the fault on our rather old boiler. He returned the following day by appointment with replacement parts and repaired the fault. From my initial phone call to a working boiler within 24 hours with excellent communication throughout and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Cannot fault this team. Great communication throughout, sensibly priced boiler and aftercare excellent. I have a tricky property to navigate and a few issues cropped up with seized valves and awkward spaces but all the work was completed in the time frame and a few extras too. I will definitely be using them for all further work and will be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Had a problem with a dripping flush system. Plumber came out within 2 days and updates were given for arrival time. Problem fixed promptly. A follow up text was received a couple of days later to check if everything was still ok (it was). Excellent and friendly service.

As we’ve got a commercial boiler and very old radiators it’s hard to find a reliable and decent plumber that understands the system. We’ve never had a bad experience at Chris Collett’s plumbing and on this occasion Tom was very helpful. He was polite, friendly and I would have no issue recommending them to anyone.
